Unlike traditional saunas that heat the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared heat to warm your body directly, creating a comfortable and relaxing experience.

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before your scheduled session.
This allows us the opportunity to offer your appointment to another guest. Appointments cancelled with less than 2 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session.
Thank you for respecting our time and helping us provide the best experience for all of our guests.

No. Our sessions are designed to fit easily into your day, so we do not have showers on-site.
After your infrared sauna session, your body will continue to cool itself naturally as your core temperature and heart rate gradually return to normal. We recommend taking a few moments to rehydrate, relax, and allow your body to transition before showering at home.
To help you cool down, we provide complimentary chilled eucalyptus towels after every session—a refreshing way to end your experience before heading back to your day.

Everyone's wellness goals are different, but here's a general guide:
1 session per week – Great for relaxation, stress relief, and maintaining a wellness routine.
2–3 sessions per week – A popular schedule for supporting recovery, improving sleep, easing muscle tension, and making infrared sauna part of your regular self-care.
3–5 sessions per week – Common for people focused on athletic recovery, chronic muscle soreness, or those who simply love how they feel after a session.
If you're new to infrared sauna, start with 1–2 sessions per week and see how your body responds. Staying hydrated before and after each session is essential.
-
Most infrared saunas operate between 120°F and 150°F, which is generally lower than traditional saunas while still providing an effective sweat session.
-
Our standard sessions are 40 minutes, designed to give you enough time to fully relax and recharge.
While many guests enjoy the full session, studies suggest that even 15–20 minutes of infrared sauna use may provide benefits.
We encourage you to listen to your body and build up your time as you become more comfortable with the experience.
-
Wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Many guests wear a swimsuit, sports bra and shorts, workout clothes, or lightweight cotton clothing.
Others prefer to use the sauna with minimal clothing while enjoying the privacy of their room. Always sit on the towel provided.
Your sauna room is completely private, so you can choose whatever level of clothing feels most comfortable to you.
-
For the best experience, arrive well hydrated, bring water, and plan to arrive a few minutes early for check-in. Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable—we'll take care of the towels.
-
We encourage guests to stay well hydrated before, during, and after their session. Filtered water will be available onsite, and electrolyte packets will be available for purchase for those looking for an extra hydration boost.
