Welcome to Halo Room Wellness Studio (“Halo Room,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, online booking system, memberships, wellness services, and facilities. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, purchasing a membership, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Wellness Services
Halo Room Wellness Studio provides infrared sauna sessions and other wellness services designed to promote relaxation and general well-being.
Our services are intended for wellness purposes only and are not medical treatments. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services, memberships, pricing, or amenities at any time without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
Clients must be at least 18 years of age to purchase memberships or receive services unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or otherwise permitted by Halo Room policies.
Clients agree to provide accurate and current information when creating an account or completing required forms.
3. Appointments & Booking
Appointments must be scheduled through Halo Room’s approved booking system.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid disrupting other appointments.
Appointments are subject to availability.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled through our booking system or by contacting Halo Room.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee or the loss of a session credit.
Repeated late cancellations, missed appointments, or abuse of booking privileges may result in suspension or termination of booking privileges or membership.
5. Memberships
Membership benefits, pricing, included services, and billing schedules will be explained before purchase.
Memberships are intended for the individual named on the account and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated.
Halo Room reserves the right to modify membership offerings or pricing for future billing periods in accordance with applicable law and membership agreements.
6. Membership Billing & Cancellation
By enrolling in a recurring membership, you authorize Halo Room Wellness Studio to charge your selected payment method according to your membership agreement.
Members may cancel recurring memberships by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date, unless otherwise stated in their membership agreement.
Any outstanding balances must be paid before cancellation becomes effective.
7. Health & Safety
Clients acknowledge that infrared sauna use may not be appropriate for everyone.
Before participating in services, clients agree to:
Complete all required health questionnaires honestly and accurately.
Follow all posted safety guidelines and staff instructions.
Exit the sauna immediately if they experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms.
Inform staff of any medical concerns before beginning a session.
Halo Room Wellness Studio reserves the right to postpone, modify, or discontinue a session if staff determines participation may not be safe.
8. Facility Rules
To help maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment, guests agree to:
Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect.
Follow all posted rules and safety instructions.
Use equipment only as intended.
Maintain appropriate cleanliness and personal hygiene.
Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
Halo Room reserves the right to refuse service or remove any individual whose behavior jeopardizes the safety, comfort, or well-being of others.
9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings while visiting Halo Room Wellness Studio.
Halo Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
10. Payments, Packages & Gift Cards
All purchases are subject to applicable taxes and fees.
Gift cards, prepaid packages, memberships, promotional offers, and discounts may be subject to additional terms and expiration dates where permitted by law.
Unless otherwise required by law or specifically stated in writing, purchases are non-refundable.
11. Website Use
The Halo Room Wellness Studio website is provided for informational purposes only.
Users agree not to:
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or booking system.
Interfere with website functionality or security.
Copy or reproduce website content without written permission.
Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
